It is with sadness that we share with you the passing of Bill Critzer, one of the founding members and first President of the Menlo Park Library Foundation.  In 2004 Bill Critzer, along with several local library lovers, formed the MPLF to fund the renovation of the children’s section of the Menlo Park Library.  They were so successful that they decided to continue to support many other projects at the Menlo Park main library and its Belle Haven branch.  His financial and business acumen set the MPLF on course to thrive continuously and grow to be the organization it is today.  His dry humor enlivened MPLF Board meetings and the Foundation is grateful to have had people like Bill to guide us.  We are deeply appreciative of all that he did.
